SANDBOX VA TERMS OF SERVICE 


Terms of Service Agreement 

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Sandbox VA Corporation (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual accessing and using the Virtual Assistant Course (referred to as "you" or "your"). 

By accessing and using the Virtual Assistant Course, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing the course. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the course. 


Course Description  

1.1 The Virtual Assistant Course is an online training program designed to provide you with knowledge and skills related to becoming an effective virtual assistant. 

1.2 The course includes video lessons, supplementary materials, quizzes, and any other content or resources deemed necessary for the course. 

Enrollment and Access  

2.1 To enroll in the Virtual Assistant Course, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees as specified on our website. 

2.2 Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials via the online platform or learning management system designated by Sandbox VA. 

 

Refund Policy  

3.1 We offer a 7-day refund policy for the Virtual Assistant Course. 

3.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your enrollment date. 

3.3 Refunds will only be issued if you have watched 5% or below of the course videos. 

3.4 If you have watched more than 5% of the course videos, the refund will not be valid, and you will not be eligible for a refund. 


Intellectual Property Rights  

4.1 All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 

4.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. 

4.3 You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the course materials without our prior written consent. 


Disclaimer of Warranty  

5.1 The Virtual Assistant Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 

5.2 We make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the course, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. 


Limitation of Liability  

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Virtual Assistant Course, regardless of the cause of action. 


Client Acquisition Disclaimer  

7.1 The Virtual Assistant Course does not guarantee or promise to provide you with clients or employment opportunities upon completion. 

7.2 Your success in acquiring clients or employment opportunities after completing the course will depend on your individual efforts, networking, and market conditions. 

 

Termination  

8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement. 

8.2 If you establish, promote, or are associated with an agency or business venture that is substantially similar to, or directly competes with the teachings, strategies, or content of the Virtual Assistant Course, or if such a venture is determined by us to be connected or related to the course you've enrolled in, we reserve the right to terminate your account and revoke your access to the course materials immediately, without a refund. 


9.1 Support Obligation 

Sandbox VA commits to providing comprehensive support for the Virtual Assistant Course over the initial three months following enrollment. This includes: 

  • Live training sessions via Zoom, focusing on core aspects of virtual assistant skills, 

  • Providing pre-recorded lessons accessible on the official Sandbox VA website. 

  • Establishing and maintaining a dedicated Facebook support group and a group chat messenger, both managed by Sandbox VA Corporation, to facilitate student interaction and assistance. 


9.2 Duration and Scope of Support 

  • The support, as described above, is guaranteed for a period of 2 months from the date of enrollment, regardless of any changes in the contractual relationship between the Coach and Sandbox VA Corporation. 

  • This includes scenarios where the Coach departs, breaches the contract, or if the agreement with Sandbox VA Corporation is terminated for any reason. 

  • The Coach, during this period, is obligated to fulfill their support responsibilities to enrolled students. 


9.3 Post-Support Period 

  • After the initial three-month support period, the Coach may choose to continue or discontinue their support at their discretion. 

  • Beyond this three-month period, neither the Coach nor Sandbox VA Corporation holds any further obligation to provide support to the students. 


9.4 General Provision 

  • This clause is intended to ensure a consistent and reliable support experience for students during the critical early phase of their course engagement. 

  • It reflects our commitment to providing quality education and support, irrespective of any internal changes or external circumstances.
